  Time: ~45 minutesComplexity: Very easy Ingredients Directions Notes I usually double the breading and thin 2-3 whole chicken breasts (and use two pyrex baking sheets). That serves two people dinner and lunch. I serve it over linguine. The sauce isn’t an exact measure either, I just make sure the pan is covered.
